Indochine's An Nam Blend

Indochine An Nam Blend

Named after their famed An Nam Garden Cafe in Saigon (and the An Nam Highlands region), An Nam Blend is a very traditional Vietnamese coffee, roasted in authentic Vietnamese slow-roasted style for a deep flavor without scorching the beans. It is a fragrant and complex blend of heirloom Da Lat Bourbon Arabica, Excelsa, and Buon Me Thuot Peaberries, with rich flavor and a hint of natural vanilla.

This blend is popular in Saigon cafés and reflects a 120-year tradition of blending indigenously developed varieties of beans into a balanced cup and lingering aftertaste. Devoid of any bitterness, the An Nam Blend can be doubled-up for strong taste or icing. This is an any-time-of-day coffee, with a taste that goes well by itself or as an accompaniment to mealtime. It brews a cup that is meant to be lingered over and appreciated.

An Nam Blend is one of the world's best examples of a regional coffee style developed in local tradition from heritage bean varieties and traditional roasting.
