This custom blend created for us features premium Buon Me Thuot Highland Peaberries approximately 60%, blended with Bourbon Arabica and Excelsa for a truly well-rounded cup.
It is a medium roast and has the rich, buttery mouthfeel you would expect from a blend of these beans, and appeals to the heirloom Robusta fan as well as any coffee consumer who loves blended coffees that provide all the best of balance, body and aftertaste. Our focus group found themselves comparing this coffee to a number of world-class coffees costing two or three times the price.
As an iced coffee or drink base this is a really balanced cup, but not as distinctly dark and deep as the Indochine Dark. The Robusta base causes iced coffee to have a surprisingly mellow profile.

Delicious hot as a drip coffee or ground fine as espresso; has strong character hot but is mild when iced. Handles cream and sugar well. Quite versatile. Brews especially well in drip machines and percs, 1.5 to 2 tblsp per cup.
