Indochine's Provence Hazelnut
We have been serving the Indochine Provence Hazelnut in our public "test kitchen" and people have loved it, even if they proclaim themselves not to be flavored-coffee fans. The exceptional dark roast Bourbon Arabica base of this coffee carries through to a complex and satisfying aftertaste, with the subtle Hazelnut flavor simply adding a wonderful nutty and fragrant accent.
If you like the concept of Hazelnut coffee but have turned off by the overpowering, vanilla-and-caramel-artificially-scented Hazelnut coffees on the market today, here is the genuine article. Most Hazelnut coffees today are created with an inferior blend of beans, since the makers know that their overpowering artifical flavor will disguise this fact. It is so refreshing to see how real Hazelnut coffee can taste....

Serving Suggestions:
We enjoy brewing the Provence at different temperatures and noting the different
flavor balance. Ice this up! Or enjoy with cream and sugar to bring out
the subtle Hazelnut.
