Indochine's Brio Sun Blend
Designed as a breakfast coffee, the Sun Blend is popular in many Vietnamese resorts and is sure to start the day right. A blend of Da Lat Bourbon Arabica, Excelsa, and Buon Me Thuot Robusta Peaberries, the Sun Blend is bright and pleasant, with a chocolaty aftertaste. The balance of the Peaberry and Excelsa is higher in this blend, giving it a lively and complex taste. The beans are roasted in butter oil in traditional Vietnamese style. This is an affordable gourmet coffee that also ices well.
